mix of "real-world" experience, competence and insight, bringing with her a
wealth of experience and a seasoned management team. Leader of Self-Esteem
and Life Solutions she also is an advice columnist, on-air personality, and
an expert in life's issues. She's the Global Ambassador for
Encounter-Culture. She is also the resident expert for The
YES-Campaigns*;*she answers questions about self-esteem and gives
advice about everything from career and social opportunities to live-talk relational strategies to
style and beauty issues.
Prior to founding Encounter-Culture, Theresa was a Life Strategist, coach to
leaders, and a consultant for profit and non-profit organizations. She has
been the Keynote Speaker for numerous conferences nationally and
international, relative to changing cultures and demographics, working
toward community transformation. In this role she has stabilized
organizations that were struggling due to a lack of leadership and developed
systems that strengthened the organization.
