Wed, 15 October 2008 Jake Hamilton is the Lead Catalyst at the Refuge House of Prayer. As
the Lead Catalyst, he is the driving force behind the vision and
direction of RefugeHOP. Jake has been involved actively in ministry
for almost 10 years in the heart of Rancho Cucamonga. He has been
involved in planting a church as well as serving both as a worship
pastor and then as youth pastor for many years in the same local
church in Rancho, where he eventually met his wife of 5 years, Nicci.
Jake and Nicci both grew up and attended school in Rancho Cucamonga
from Elementary to High School. They married in the summer of 2002 and
are blessed with 3 beautiful children, Geneva (four), Ezra (two), and
Judah (just a few monthes old). Jake has always been personally
committed to the passionate pursuit of the knowledge of God and a deep
desire for intimacy with Jesus, but his ministry path took a turn two
years ago when he was introduced to the International House Of Prayer
(IHOP) in Kansas City for the first time. There he was introduced to a
24/7 lifestyle of prayer, worship and fasting that at this time has
been going non-stop for almost 9 years. As he witnessed the passion
and intimacy at IHOP a longing began to grow in his heart to foster a
corporate pursuit of this lifestyle in his home community and the body
of Christ represented there. It was only a year later that Jake
decided, after prayer, fasting, and the confirmation of prophetic
words to move on the assignment God had placed on his heart for this
season.
One specific prophetic word came from Lou Engle at a conference at
Bethel Church in Redding just one week after Jake had committed to
moving forward in this call. Lou spoke to him directly and said, "You
are called to plant a 24/7 house of prayer in the Inland Empire that
will break the bondage of drug and alcohol addiction, the power of
divorce, and the defeat depression." He knew from that moment on that
this wasn't just a good idea, it was God's idea. And so began the
journey of the Refuge House of Prayer. Jake's passion is to raise up a
generation in revival, where the impossible is possible and we learn
to tarry for the promises of God to be made manifest on earth. His
powerful worship provokes intimacy and breaks chains as he
passionately draws people into the throne room of heaven where the
King of Glory dwells with all the provisions of heaven. He has seen
the power of the cross for salvation, healing, and deliverance as
people have come into their right identity in Christ and begin to see
the depth of love God has for them. He has recognized his destiny and
he desires the same for all those who enter RefugeHOP and hear the new
sound God has given him to release.Comments[2] |
Mon, 13 October 2008 Paul Cain has has been in the ministry for over 60 years, and has led a life marked by the supernatural. While still in his mothers womb, an angel appeared to his mother with a message from the Lord: "The fruit of your womb is a male child. Name him Troas Paul. He will preach the gospel as the Apostle Paul of old.... and he will prophesy to Kings and Presidents." At the age of 17, Paul began to hold citywide salvation and healing campaigns in tents, civic auditoriums and churches where supernatural and documented healings took place. He became one of many prominent preachers in a move of the Spirit known as the "Healing Revival" which lasted from 1947 to 1958.
During those days, the Lord began to speak to Paul about the excesses of the healing-revival movement. Paul became greatly dismayed at the hype and greed that he saw in the ministry arena. By 1958, Paul had become totally disheartened. At age 29, he was disillusioned and burned out. In the midst of Paul's despair and repentance, God told him that if he kept himself from corruption and remained content with living a humble life marked by Scripture study and prayer, one day he would be allowed to stand before a new breed of men and women leaders. These would be marked by simplicity, purity and remarkable manifestations of power. Paul's obedience to God would result in him retreating from public ministry for some 25 years... a true desert experience. Paul calls these his "almost silent" years
Though he was not at the forefront during this time, he was never totally out of the ministry. Paul re-emerged in 1986 to begin a new phase of supernatural healing and prophetic ministry. Today, Paul Cain is acknowledged as one of the most prominent leadership figures in the Christian "prophetic" movement, and is known as a spiritual father to thousands. He continues to move in the supernatural, and to share about the forgiveness, love, and mercy of God. Comments[0] |

Wed, 1 October 2008 Niles grew up the youngest of five; three girls, two boys. Daddy was a preacher-man.
Everyone in the family plays something or has some artistic gift. Niles quickly learned different skills on several instruments and developed his talent to sing, write and play in this 'art-incubator' of a home.
Currently, Niles is writing songs with Randy Jackson (American Idol, Americas Best Dance Crew). You can hear his fresh sound driving out the old, expected mono-tone melodies and gets back to singing from your heart and soul. Working on all new material now, you can see why his faith is so important to him. "Don't ever stop believing!"
Niles has worked with David Foster and John Leventhal, and prduced two sides himself at Chartmaker Studio.
Niles has also caught the eye of Jeff Sessler while singing at a club in L.A.. Jeff introduced Niles to Miles Davis' nephew, Vince Wilburn, president of Nefdrum Productions where Niles has spent some time writing and recording.
His carreer is led by faith in the one he calls 'my Father' God.Comments[0] |
